Share the question's minimum evidence

A collaborator may need a reference or confirmation related to one agreed task. That does not mean they need access to the whole account history. Use the appropriate provider-supported sharing route where available and review what information is actually necessary for the discussion.

Keep broader records with authorised users

The project relationship and the financial-account relationship are not identical. A clear explanation can preserve accountability while respecting the privacy of unrelated movements, balances and personal information that do not concern the collaboration.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical joint project, one participant asks for clarification about a specific contribution. The other shares the permitted relevant evidence through an appropriate route rather than the entire financial screen. The discussion remains clear and accountable without turning a narrow project question into access to unrelated account activity.

Make it practical.
