State which period and service are shown

A selected set of entries may describe one event, project or review period. It should not be used to claim total earnings, lifetime spending or complete financial activity without evidence. The record may cover only the relevant service, and the actual configuration determines its available scope.

Keep the summary proportional

When sharing an appropriate summary, identify what is included and what remains outside it. This prevents a useful operational view from becoming an exaggerated commercial or personal-finance claim.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical project review, a professional summarises the relevant financial entries for one assignment. The summary identifies that limited scope instead of describing the figures as all business revenue. The history helps explain the project while the wider financial picture remains a separate question requiring appropriate records.

Make it practical.
