Use a deliberately created example
A demonstration can explain transaction history with safe fictional information. Real names, balances and activity should not be copied into a public scene simply because they make the screen look convincing. The professional identity feature and the financial record have different privacy expectations and audiences.
Keep the example honest
Label the scene as hypothetical and avoid using it to claim actual customer results. The educational value comes from explaining how the relevant record supports a question, not from suggesting that a fictional amount proves commercial traction.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical magazine production, the team needs a transaction-history illustration. It creates a clearly fictional scene instead of repurposing a customer's screenshot. Readers can understand the feature's purpose without seeing private activity or believing that the example represents verified usage, revenue or a real customer's financial position.
Make it practical.
