Gather the fields before the deadline
Prepare a beneficiary sheet based on whatever information the eventual provider requests for the intended route. Keep the recipient’s confirmed details and the commercial payment purpose together, with a record of where the information came from. Do not assume the fields required for one destination will cover every future international payment.
Review changes as changes
If an updated instruction arrives, compare it with the previously verified version and follow the appropriate confirmation process. Avoid overwriting the old record without a reason. Tap Tap Go’s proposed SWIFT capability is coming soon and subject to partner and programme eligibility; the sheet is a preparation tool, not a universal payment form or evidence that a destination is supported.
An illustrative future scenario
Imagine a distributor collecting information for a future overseas supplier payment. Its reviewer spots a different recipient name in a revised instruction and asks for clarification before the details enter the payment workflow.
Make it practical.
