Confirm the actual arrangement

If a Tap Tap Go distribution proposal uses consignment or another stock model, identify who owns the cards before sale, when payment is due and what records support settlement. Do not infer these terms from physical custody or a partner’s description of the relationship.

Separate inventory movement and revenue

Sending stock to a local partner may not represent the same economic event as a completed customer sale. Appropriate professionals should confirm reporting treatment. Operational records should still distinguish items held, sold, delivered and returned so both parties can understand the flow.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a partner receives 200 items under a proposed arrangement and sells 40. The shipment alone does not establish 200 retail sales. Settlement and ownership depend on the agreed model, while the inventory record should show what actually happened to each category.

Make it practical.
