Map the organisations involved

A Tap Tap Go deployment across related companies should identify which entity uses each profile group and who controls the relevant information. A common owner or central payer does not automatically mean all staff should see or edit each other’s material.

Confirm the supported arrangement

Ask how the actual product configuration and commercial agreement handle the intended boundaries. Keep billing convenience separate from data and content governance. The plan should make administration easier without presenting different organisations to customers as one business when that is not accurate.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a group negotiates centrally for two companies with different brands and customer contacts. Each company retains an appropriate profile and content owner. The consolidated commercial discussion does not justify merging their public identities or granting unrestricted cross-company administration.

Make it practical.
