Map the roles

Tap Tap Go’s corporate model includes central dashboards and team profile management. In a subscription discussion, identify the billing contact, administrator and individual profile users. The payer’s commercial role does not automatically settle every question about personal content, access boundaries or who can approve a public change.

Confirm the available controls

Review the actual administrative configuration and the organisation’s internal responsibilities. Decide which fields are governed centrally and which require employee input. Avoid promising a control merely because it would be convenient; the current product and agreed package must support the intended workflow.

Prepare for changes

People may move roles, budgets may shift and administrators may leave. Record who can handle commercial questions and who manages profile continuity. A sensible plan keeps the customer journey coherent when one role changes, rather than relying on a single person whose payment method and access knowledge become the organisation’s only operational link.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, finance pays for a team arrangement while marketing maintains approved company documents and employees provide their role information. The deployment needs clear responsibility across those three groups. Payment responsibility alone should not be used as the explanation for every content or access decision.

Make it practical.
