Separate commercial grouping from operation
A Tap Tap Go deployment across divisions may use a centrally negotiated arrangement. That does not eliminate the need to identify who maintains each team’s profiles, documents and enquiry routes. One invoice is not a substitute for an operating ownership map.
Confirm the supported structure
Ask how the actual plan and administrative configuration handle the intended groups. Avoid assuming separate entities, departments and brands can all be managed identically. The arrangement should fit the organisation’s content and access boundaries while giving finance a clear understanding of the units being purchased.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a parent company pays for two divisions using different service documents. Each division has a content owner, while a central contact handles the commercial arrangement. The setup preserves useful local accountability without implying that payment ownership grants unlimited cross-division access.
Make it practical.
