Describe the seasonal journey
A Tap Tap Go team may use profiles heavily during exhibitions and less frequently between them. Quiet activity does not automatically mean the product has no value; existing clients may still use shared information. Review the intended customer journey before treating low weekly usage as a reason to remove everything.
Check real adjustment options
Ask whether the current arrangement supports changes that fit the organisation’s seasonality. Do not assume pausing, reducing or restarting is always available. Include the work needed to maintain content and prepare for the next busy period, so any commercial decision does not undermine future readiness.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, an events team has a three-month intensive season followed by planning work. It reviews which profiles and documents remain relevant, then checks its actual plan options. The decision balances continuity with cost instead of relying on an imagined universal pause feature.
Make it practical.
