Look for meaningful categories
In the Tap Tap Go rewards model, different programmes may recognise different actions. A participant should be able to distinguish a referral-related event from another engagement activity where the current configuration provides that detail. The relevant question is what each record means, not simply whether the overall total has increased.
Explain changes in context
An adjustment, reversal or status change needs its own explanation under the applicable programme. Avoid assuming that a lower total represents a new charge or that an increased total represents immediately usable cash. Review the event labels and any associated support guidance before drawing a financial conclusion.
Use the record for reconciliation
Compare the programme statement with your own concise activity notes, using the same period and definitions. If something remains unclear, identify the specific event. A transparent history supports trust because participants can ask informed questions without relying on memory or a sequence of cropped screenshots.
Hypothetical programme scene
Imagine, hypothetically, a participant sees three activity entries and one later adjustment. The useful calculation depends on the labels and programme rules, not merely the number of entries. One adjustment may relate to an earlier event, so treating every row as a new earning would distort the account.
Make it practical.
