Keep the concepts separate

Tap Tap Earn and Go Cash are distinct parts of the Tap Tap Go ecosystem. Rewards represent programme-defined recognition or value. Go Cash concerns the wallet-to-wallet model. Their appearance in the same app story does not establish automatic conversion, identical balances or universal transfer rights.

Look for an explicit bridge

If a current programme offers a route between rewards and a wallet, examine the stated conditions, value calculation and availability. Do not infer the route from an older promotional image or a third-party explanation. A proposed conversion feature and an eligible participant’s confirmed access are different pieces of information.

Choose a practical question

Ask what the reward can currently be used for, what must happen first and which team handles a discrepancy. Keep the original reward event distinct from any subsequent wallet transaction. This makes a support enquiry understandable and prevents a successful programme action from being confused with a completed financial movement.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

In a hypothetical journey, a participant sees points after an eligible activity and also has access to a wallet feature. The two facts do not prove that the points can be transferred. The participant first needs the current programme’s explicit explanation of any conversion route and its conditions.

Make it practical.
