Identify the participant

For a Tap Tap Go corporate programme, define who joins and who receives any stated recognition or benefit. A company-level arrangement may differ from a personal referral programme. Do not assume the employee, department or payer automatically owns every resulting programme entitlement.

Resolve the boundary beforehand

Use the applicable terms and the organisation’s internal process to explain participation. This is especially important when staff change roles or leave. A clear definition reduces later disputes and prevents people from making personal earning assumptions about work performed under a corporate arrangement.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a company runs an approved team programme around profile readiness. The offer states whether recognition applies to the team or individual participants. Employees should not have to infer ownership of a benefit from whose card was used during the task.

Make it practical.
