Identify the operator

A Tap Tap Go-related programme may be operated centrally, by a partner or within a corporate deployment. The member should know which arrangement they are joining. Using the brand in a title does not automatically mean every benefit is funded or administered by the same organisation.

Make responsibility easy to find

Explain who answers qualification questions and who delivers any partner-provided benefit. Keep that information with the programme description, especially when several logos appear. Participants should not have to navigate a network of informal contacts to discover who can make a decision.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a local association runs an event challenge using Tap Tap Go profiles. Its programme page identifies the association’s role and the relevant support contact. Members can distinguish that local initiative from a separate platform-wide rewards programme.

Make it practical.
