Read the unit first
A Tap Tap Go programme statement should make clear whether it shows points, another non-cash unit or a confirmed monetary amount. A member’s country does not determine the unit automatically. Do not assume a number displayed without context is a local-currency cash balance.
Check any conversion separately
If an actual programme provides a conversion or payout route, use its current terms and applicable conditions. Avoid applying an informal exchange rate to points or treating a reporting estimate as the amount that will settle. The unit and the permitted use should both be understandable.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a member sees 500 programme points. Multiplying them by a guessed currency value would create an unsupported earning claim. The member first needs the programme’s actual definition of points and any confirmed usage or conversion mechanism.
Make it practical.
