Keep the sequence visible
A Tap Tap Go programme may need to correct an attribution or qualification record. The useful explanation identifies the affected event and the reason for the change under the actual process. A revised total alone may leave the participant unable to distinguish a correction from a new activity.
Ask for a traceable resolution
Keep the original reference and the support response together. Avoid editing private notes to make them match the outcome after the fact. The goal is an accurate account that explains both the initial expectation and the resolution, while limiting information to what is needed for the review.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, an invitation was associated with the wrong campaign and is later corrected. A clear event history explains the reassignment. Simply changing the displayed total without context would make the participant’s own record difficult to reconcile.
Make it practical.
