Connect message and record
For a Tap Tap Go programme, useful notification language names the relevant activity or status and points to the appropriate explanation. A vague message such as you earned can leave participants unsure whether they received recognition, points or available money. The wording should match the actual programme state.
Avoid premature celebration
If an event remains conditional or under review, say so plainly. Do not imply that a benefit is redeemable before the programme confirms that stage. Clear communication can still feel positive while giving the participant an accurate next step and a route to ask questions.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a referral event is recorded but has not completed qualification. A notification acknowledging the event and explaining its status is useful. Announcing cash available would create a different expectation that the programme may not support.
Make it practical.
