Separate identity and team grouping

In a Tap Tap Go corporate deployment, a person’s role or reporting group may change. A challenge or recognition programme should explain how team attribution is handled. Moving a person between groups does not automatically create new activity or erase the original events.

Use the agreed transition

Confirm which period and team the programme uses for attribution. Avoid moving participants solely to manipulate a team score. The organisation should preserve a clear record and use the authorised process for updates, with personal programme questions handled according to their own terms.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, an employee transfers from one sales team to another halfway through a challenge. The organiser applies the stated rule for their existing and future activity. It does not count the same events in both teams simply because the employee belonged to each at different times.

Make it practical.
