Clarify the participation boundary

Tap Tap Go programme activity may be separate from the customer’s profile or other product use. Explain the actual process for ending optional participation and any relevant treatment of existing events. Do not assume that stepping back from a programme closes every account relationship automatically.

Keep the experience respectful

Avoid pressure based on sunk effort, a nearly completed score or the effect on another participant’s target. The member should be able to understand their position and make a choice. A trustworthy programme can remain attractive without making continued activity feel compulsory.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a member no longer has time for a challenge but still wants to use their portfolio profile. They check the programme’s participation process and the separate product arrangement. The two decisions need not be treated as a single all-or-nothing commitment.

Make it practical.

Use this checklist as you read. Checks are not stored.
