Follow the benefit beyond the screen

Tap Tap Go’s loyalty model can support a connected membership experience, but the practical value depends on what the member receives. Identify whether the benefit is supplied by the platform, an organiser or another participating business. The member should not have to discover the responsible party only when trying to use it.

Define the handoff

Clarify the evidence required, the relevant period and the support route using the current programme terms. A displayed benefit and a completed redemption are different states. Avoid suggesting that a partner’s logo establishes unlimited availability or that every participating location operates identically.

Close the experience

After the benefit is delivered, the programme needs an understandable record so the member and provider do not disagree about remaining entitlement. The precise mechanism depends on the deployment. What matters is that the journey has an owner from recognition to fulfilment, not just an attractive promotional tile.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a membership programme includes a partner-hosted session. The member can see the offer but still needs a confirmed booking through the designated route. Naming the session organiser and explaining that step makes the benefit usable without pretending that seeing the offer is the same as reserving a place.

Make it practical.
