Plan from the actual entitlement

If a Tap Tap Go programme links a tier to a specific benefit, identify whether access is guaranteed, bookable or subject to a clearly stated availability condition. Do not let a prestige label imply unlimited capacity when the fulfilment arrangement is constrained.

Review demand before promotion

Estimate eligible participation and the resources required to serve it. Keep uncertainty visible and define the customer-support route. The operator should not depend on members misunderstanding the offer to keep costs manageable. Clear scope protects the appeal of the tier and the credibility of the programme.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a tier includes access to a session with 20 places. If 100 members qualify, the programme must explain the actual booking arrangement and any relevant conditions. Simply calling the benefit exclusive does not resolve the capacity question.

Make it practical.
