Define the recognition
Tap Tap Go engagement tiers can organise recognition or benefits, with the actual ladder defined by the specific programme. Read the current programme description rather than inferring privileges from the name or confusing a tier with the gold finish of the physical card.
Make the entitlement concrete
Ask which benefits are included, what conditions apply and how a member uses them. A tier should not imply guaranteed earnings, financial approval or investment status. If access depends on another provider or organiser, make that separate decision visible instead of treating the tier as an all-purpose pass.
Keep progress understandable
Explain what activity counts toward a tier and how status is reviewed under the actual programme. Members should know whether the label describes current participation, a historical achievement or a benefit period. Clear meaning makes recognition more satisfying than prestige language alone.
Hypothetical programme scene
In a hypothetical programme, a higher tier offers a defined member experience. That does not automatically mean the participant receives a virtual card or a larger financial limit. The tier’s actual benefits and any separate service requirements need to be checked independently.
Make it practical.
