Identify the delivery inputs
For a Tap Tap Go-linked loyalty programme, list the staff time, capacity and supplier work needed to honour a benefit. An unused seat may have a different cost from a newly commissioned service, but neither should be assumed free without understanding the arrangement.
Keep value and cost distinct
The member’s perceived value and the operator’s cost are different measures. A premium experience can be attractive while requiring careful capacity planning. Use the actual provider agreement and avoid converting an advertised retail value into either guaranteed member income or the programme’s exact expense.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a programme offers access to a partner session. The member values the experience, while the operator pays an agreed hosting cost. Those two values need not be equal, and neither is automatically money the participant can withdraw.
Make it practical.
