Map the separate relationships

Tap Tap Go’s corporate model can involve a company-controlled profile and administrative responsibilities, while an individual may also have separate personal programme activity. The deployment should identify these boundaries before departure. Do not assume that every aspect of the person’s ecosystem use belongs to the employer.

Follow the agreed process

Use authorised administrative controls and the organisation’s appropriate procedures to update company content, hand over responsibilities and manage physical assets. Confirm how any team arrangement treats the change. Programme rewards or personal financial access should not be reassigned based solely on an internal staffing decision.

Preserve the customer path

If clients use the departing employee’s company profile or contact route, make the supported transition clear. Avoid leaving an apparently active company introduction pointing to someone who no longer performs the role. Good offboarding protects both the individual’s boundaries and the organisation’s continuing customer relationships.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a departing account manager has a company-facing profile and personal product use. The employer updates its authorised content and customer routing, while questions about personal programme participation follow the separate applicable terms. One staffing change does not automatically transfer all personal identity or rewards to the company.

Make it practical.
