Choose the outcome
For a Tap Tap Go rollout, a company may want to improve profile readiness, relevant introductions or use of approved content. Define the objective before choosing recognition mechanics. A programme that rewards the wrong intermediate action can generate activity without improving the customer experience.
Identify the funding owner
State whether the company, a commercial partner or another authorised programme funds the benefit. Do not assume that the platform pays simply because the activity uses Tap Tap Go. The actual arrangement should establish costs, qualification and delivery responsibilities clearly.
Review the economics honestly
Track programme spending separately from product sales and any employee compensation obligations. Illustrative arithmetic can support planning, but it should not become a promise of returns. Evaluate whether the programme improves the intended workflow and whether the effort remains proportionate to the benefit.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, an employer sets an illustrative $1,000 budget for a readiness programme. That is programme spending, not revenue generated by employees. If the company later sees better customer conversations, it should assess the evidence rather than claiming the budget automatically produced a financial return.
Make it practical.
