Define the business purpose

Tap Tap Go’s corporate and engagement features can support team learning and coordinated outreach. If an employer designs a recognition programme, explain the work-related activity it seeks to improve. A general leaderboard should not become an expectation that employees disclose every personal contact or conversation.

Choose proportionate evidence

Use the appropriate authorised records for the defined programme. Engagement data does not identify every anonymous visitor, and a profile interaction is not consent for further messaging. Avoid asking employees to submit private screenshots or contact lists merely to make a participation score look more convincing.

Recognise useful work

Preparation, accurate content and good follow-through may support the team’s customer experience without exposing personal networks. Any programme benefits or qualification rules should be stated separately and consistently. Employees should understand which activities are part of their job and which optional programmes require their own choice.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a company runs a challenge before a trade event. It recognises completion of approved profiles and a useful follow-up plan. Asking employees to upload private address books would be a different activity and should not be smuggled into the programme as a simple measure of enthusiasm.

Make it practical.
