Use meaningful status labels
A Tap Tap Go loyalty or partner-offer catalogue should distinguish current offers from historical examples and future possibilities. An old image can remain visually compelling after its actual programme ends. Status should be visible where the member evaluates the benefit, not hidden in an unrelated notice.
Maintain the customer route
Remove or update outdated instructions through the authorised content process. If a member has already qualified under an earlier offer, direct them to the relevant support explanation rather than assuming the new catalogue overrides their situation. Current discovery and existing participation can require different handling.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a completed event benefit remains in a gallery as a past programme example. It is labelled historical and does not invite new bookings. Members with earlier confirmed participation have a separate route for their questions.
Make it practical.
