Separate programme and product
Tap Tap Go rewards or challenges can be distinct from profile sharing and other product features. A pause in one programme should not automatically be described as a shutdown of the entire ecosystem. The actual notice should identify which activity, benefit or review process is affected.
Address existing participation
Explain how already recorded events are handled under the current terms and where members can ask questions. Avoid promising a restart date or outcome without confirmation. Clear scope lets participants continue using unaffected features while understanding the specific programme uncertainty.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, an organiser pauses a challenge while reviewing its records. Members may still use their profiles according to their normal product access. The notice should explain the challenge’s status rather than leaving users to assume that the physical card or all digital functionality has stopped working.
Make it practical.
