Recreate the relevant constraints
Identify the conditions that matter: a noisy reception, a brief conversation, limited desk space or a shared display. Practise with approved sample material and the supported sharing routes. The purpose is to discover which explanation works in that setting, not to create a universal compatibility claim or assume connectivity will always be available.
Prepare a graceful continuation
Decide what the presenter will do if the live demonstration cannot continue. A short verbal explanation and an agreed way to provide information later may be more useful than repeatedly retrying. Record which resources should be prepared in advance. A field rehearsal is successful when the user can preserve the conversation even if the ideal demonstration conditions are absent.
Hypothetical programme scene
Hypothetically, a team rehearses a profile introduction near its busy reception desk. The usual explanation is too long to hear comfortably. They shorten the opening and prepare a calm next-step offer instead of relying on a flawless extended demonstration.
Make it practical.
