Change the context, keep the mechanism

A representative comfortable with a designer's portfolio can be asked to explain an approved company document journey instead. The exercise should require a new explanation, not simply replacing the job title in a memorised script. Ask what information the recipient needs, how the profile helps and which next action belongs in the story.

Assess the adaptation

Look for accurate feature distinctions and a useful sequence. If the representative adds unsupported capabilities to make the new example work, pause and return to the confirmed product scope. A good adaptation may also conclude that part of the request needs another tool or specialist discussion. The proposed programme develops judgement about fit rather than an endless bank of promotional scripts.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a presenter usually demonstrates creative portfolios. In rehearsal they explain how an operations team could share an approved supplier guide. Their revised story centres on finding the right document and owner, rather than borrowing irrelevant language about visual impact.

Make it practical.
