Agree a correction signal

Before a joint demonstration, decide how colleagues will add clarification. A simple phrase such as 'Let us separate those two journeys' can create space to correct a mixed explanation. Practise with fictional scenarios and current approved product information. The aim is to preserve an accurate conversation, not compete to appear more knowledgeable in front of the audience.

Close the loop privately

After the rehearsal, identify why the confusion occurred: unclear wording, outdated material or a missing distinction. Update the relevant reference and repeat the affected passage. Do not rely on one colleague continually rescuing the other. This programme idea builds a team habit in which factual corrections are welcomed while responsibility for learning remains shared.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a presenter blends the physical identity card with separate virtual-card access. Their colleague calmly separates the journeys. Afterwards, the pair revises the transition slide so the next customer hears the distinction clearly from the start.

Make it practical.
