Make the mistake reversible

Prepare two harmless sample destinations with clearly different purposes. During practice, ask the participant to notice when the recipient reaches the unintended one. The useful skill is recognising the mismatch and explaining the correction. Do not deliberately break a customer's real profile or send a misleading link to an unsuspecting person.

Teach the recovery sentence

Ask the participant to acknowledge the mix-up, identify the right resource and confirm the recipient can find it. Then inspect the cause: an ambiguous label, an old saved link or an incorrect assumption. Repair that cause before repeating the exercise. The programme gives people a practical response to an ordinary mistake without suggesting that every unexpected screen is a serious technical failure.

Imagine this

Hypothetical programme scene

Hypothetically, a trainee opens a sample company overview when the recipient wanted a project sheet. They explain the mistake, supply the correct route and rename their saved reference. The next rehearsal tests the corrected preparation rather than memorising an apology.

Make it practical.
