Lead with the current capacity
Identify why the meeting is happening and which organisation or responsibility is relevant. Show the portfolio, documents and contact route that support that context. Keep other roles available only where they genuinely help the conversation. Confirm how the current app handles multiple profiles before relying on a particular switching workflow. The aim is relevance, not a display of the largest possible collection of titles.
Preserve organisational boundaries
Check approval for each organisation’s material and avoid implying that separate ventures share services, data or commercial obligations. A role-specific profile should make the relationship clearer, not conceal it. If a conversation moves into another capacity, explain that change openly. The practical benefit is that the recipient can understand who is speaking, what is being offered and which team will handle the next step without untangling a crowded personal brand page.
A hypothetical scene
A founder meets a potential enterprise customer while also holding an advisory role elsewhere. His relevant profile focuses on the company providing the service. The advisory relationship does not appear as an implied endorsement or as a reason to mix the two organisations’ customer information.
Make it practical.
