Choose the purpose of each profile

In Tap Tap Go’s product model, a person may have more than one professional context. A corporate introduction can carry approved company services, portfolio material and business contacts, while another profile may serve a separate legitimate professional purpose. Confirm current account and switching options rather than assuming a specific interface. Multiple profiles do not automatically create separate financial accounts, permissions or company ownership of all personal information.

Agree the handoff rules

Define which materials belong to the company, who approves changes and what happens when the person’s role changes. Keep customer expectations clear at the point of introduction: the visitor should know which organisation and capacity the person is representing. The benefit is a more relevant and deliberate presentation of identity. It should not become a way to mix incompatible offers or make the recipient guess whether the conversation is personal, corporate or connected to another venture.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

An executive attends one meeting for her employer and another for an independent professional association. She uses the appropriate approved introduction for each context and clearly explains the role she is representing, instead of combining unrelated business information into one confusing conversation.

Make it practical.
