Give each layer a job

Use the company section to explain the organisation’s services and approved proposition. Use the personal role section to explain how this employee contributes and which questions they can help answer. Portfolio material should connect the two without claiming that the individual delivered every company project. Confirm the current profile structure rather than assuming distinct sections or controls are available in every deployment.

Review the combined impression

Read the profile as a new visitor. Does it explain both the human introduction and the business capability? Does the next step match the person’s responsibility? Corporate content control can support consistency, while individual context makes the page more useful than a generic company brochure. The balance works when neither layer overwhelms the other and when the employee can confidently explain the material they are sharing in an ordinary conversation.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

A project coordinator’s profile introduces the company’s wider service range, then explains that she helps customers navigate implementation. Visitors understand why she is relevant without assuming she personally performs every specialist service shown in the company portfolio.

Make it practical.
