Keep the subject clear

A review of the company is not automatically a review of the individual employee whose profile displays it. Explain the relationship in the surrounding content and preserve the review’s relevant context. Avoid selecting or editing wording in a way that changes its meaning. Confirm current display options and the relevant source destination rather than assuming a particular integration or a guarantee that every review will appear.

Connect proof to the next question

Use reviews alongside accurate service descriptions and portfolio material. A prospective customer may want to understand not only that someone was satisfied, but what experience they were describing. The corporate benefit is a more credible introduction that can point to the company’s wider work while retaining the employee’s actual role. Reviews remain one form of context; they do not independently establish every capability, outcome or suitability claim made elsewhere in the profile.

Imagine this

A hypothetical scene

A new employee shares a company profile containing reviews from earlier projects. The surrounding wording makes clear that these describe the organisation’s work, not projects personally delivered by the new colleague. The visitor gains useful context without receiving a misleading impression of individual experience.

Make it practical.
