The part worth getting right
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes document sharing and intended assistance for understanding and organising approved material. Work from the current brief, known questions and meeting purpose. A document summary does not establish that everyone agrees with its contents.
Make the outcome reviewable
Before sharing, review three points: identify unresolved decisions; name the appropriate participants; avoid implying that suggested actions are approved. Ask yourself: Which items require a decision rather than a presentation?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a team using a shared brief to prepare a discussion. In this hypothetical scene, the organiser sends a reviewed agenda focused on three questions that still need discussion.
Make it practical.
