The decision behind the feature
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes document sharing and intended assistance for understanding and organising approved material. Work from the document list, current versions and the colleague’s responsibilities. A convenient index does not automatically grant access to every listed file.
Keep the person in control
Before sharing, review three points: confirm file ownership; identify restricted material; explain which source is authoritative. Ask yourself: Can the next person find the right source without receiving unnecessary access?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a project owner passing a collection of approved files to a colleague. In this hypothetical scene, the colleague receives a useful map and requests the limited additional access needed for their task.
Make it practical.
