The decision behind the feature
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes document sharing and intended assistance for understanding and organising approved material. Work from the intended audience, required sections and confirmed source material. A well-organised outline is not evidence that its proposed contents exist.
Keep the person in control
Before sharing, review three points: mark missing evidence; assign owners to unfinished sections; review the structure against the actual task. Ask yourself: Which parts are ready to show and which remain work to do?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a consultant asking for help structuring a new client pack. In this hypothetical scene, the consultant uses the outline as a preparation plan and fills gaps before sharing a finished pack.
Make it practical.
