Work from the changed source and a list of known profile descriptions or summaries. Changing the master document does not automatically correct every summary already shared.

Keep the person in control

Before sharing, review three points: find affected claims; update approved derivatives; mark superseded material clearly. Ask yourself: Which explanations still depend on the previous version?
