Where the feature earns its place
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes document sharing and intended assistance for understanding and organising approved material. Work from both documents with their dates and known approval status. The assistant should not choose whichever version sounds more persuasive.
Check the handoff before acting
Before sharing, review three points: compare the conflicting statements; find the current owner; exclude unresolved claims from the public summary. Ask yourself: Which authorised source should govern this explanation?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a profile owner finding different service descriptions in two approved-looking files. In this hypothetical scene, the owner confirms the current scope and updates the summary only after the discrepancy is resolved.
Make it practical.
