The decision behind the feature

Tap Tap Go’s product model includes document sharing and intended assistance for understanding and organising approved material. Work from the approved source date, version and scope. A summary can remain readable after its source has become outdated.

Make the outcome reviewable

Before sharing, review three points: verify the source identity; check recent changes; retire summaries based on superseded material. Ask yourself: Which source version does this summary represent?

Imagine this

Hypothetical example

Imagine a salesperson using an AI-generated overview of a changing service pack. In this hypothetical scene, the salesperson refreshes the overview before sending it and avoids circulating two contradictory explanations.

Make it practical.
