Where the feature earns its place
Tap Tap Go’s product model includes document sharing and intended assistance for understanding and organising approved material. Work from the old approved version and the proposed replacement. A difference does not reveal the author’s intention or approval status.
Keep the person in control
Before sharing, review three points: check additions and removals; verify changed figures; ask the owner about unexplained revisions. Ask yourself: Which changes affect what the reader can reasonably conclude?
Hypothetical example
Imagine a team preparing to replace a public project overview. In this hypothetical scene, the reviewer catches a removed limitation and asks the owner to clarify it before publication.
Make it practical.
