Describe the money's commercial role

Payment for the business's own service differs from collecting on behalf of another party. The future programme would need to assess the actual activity and confirm permitted use. A convenient receiving identifier does not decide the commercial or regulatory treatment of money, and a profile should not imply unrestricted collection rights.

Ask before designing the offer

Explain the intended payer, recipient and underlying agreement to the relevant provider and advisers. Keep the product roadmap separate from assumptions about marketplace collections, pooled funds or other arrangements that require a specific supported structure.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical future marketplace discussion, a founder would ask whether the proposed receiving arrangement supports only the company's own invoices or another model. The answer would shape the workflow before launch. The roadmap would not be used as permission to collect customer funds for unrelated sellers without a confirmed structure.

Make it practical.
