Explain who performs the financial role
A platform can organise the customer experience while an appointed provider performs a regulated financial service. The future Tap Tap Go programme should make those responsibilities visible. A Tap Tap Go account screen or receiving identifier does not mean that Tap Tap Go holds a banking licence. The proposed model uses licensed financial-service partners.
Make responsibility easy to find
The customer should be able to understand the relevant provider relationship, service conditions and support route once the programme is confirmed. Clear roles make the product more intelligible without diminishing the ambition of the broader ecosystem.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical future product presentation, the team explains the proposed receiving experience and identifies the relevant licensed partner's role. The audience understands that Tap Tap Go would organise the interface and distribution while regulated services follow the actual provider arrangement, rather than assuming the brand has acquired a banking licence.
Make it practical.
