Use the metaphor carefully

Receiving details can be compared to directions for a financial task, but the metaphor must not imply a bank account structure that has not been confirmed. The future programme would need to explain the account holder, beneficiary wording and how incoming activity is allocated. Those details matter more than an elegant account-number visual.

Prepare the invoice requirements

A business can identify what its clients need on an invoice now. It should wait for confirmed programme instructions before publishing new receiving details or promising that every profile will have an independently held account.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical future setup, a consultant would review the actual virtual IBAN arrangement before adding receiving details to an invoice. The confirmed instructions would explain the relevant beneficiary and reference. The story describes a possible clearer receiving journey without inventing an account already available to the consultant today.

Make it practical.
