Ask what the actual relationship produces
A business may need documents identifying the relevant account arrangement, beneficiary and provider. The future programme would determine what evidence is available. Avoid inventing statements, account certificates or export formats before those materials are confirmed. The useful goal is a record that finance can interpret consistently with the underlying contractual relationship.
Bring finance into the evaluation
Have the responsible person review sample programme documents when available. Their questions can reveal whether the receiving model fits the company's existing invoicing and reconciliation practices before the feature becomes central to customer payments.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical future onboarding, a company would ask its finance lead to review the confirmed virtual IBAN documentation. The lead would check how the receiving arrangement should be represented in company records. The scene treats documentation as part of the product experience without promising a specific document the programme has not yet offered.
Make it practical.
