Let the offer travel with the route
A forwarded link may reach an assistant or purchasing colleague who has not seen the quotation. Include enough context to identify the relevant offer, its conditions and the appropriate next step. Do not assume that the original buyer's understanding automatically transfers with the URL.
Review before accepting a changed situation
If timing, availability or scope has changed, clarify the agreement before the financial action. Use the actual provider controls where relevant rather than treating an old link as a permanent promise to deliver under any circumstances.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical service purchase, a client forwards the payment route to a colleague several weeks after receiving the proposal. The colleague can identify the quotation and asks whether its conditions still apply. The professional confirms the current arrangement before proceeding, avoiding an accidental commitment based on an outdated conversation.
