Give the record a practical purpose
A customer may need to connect the movement to an agreement, locate a reference or understand a status. The actual partner programme would define the available evidence. Do not invent a universal receipt format or imply that an initiation notice proves the recipient has received usable funds.
Connect the product to the conversation
A clear record would help both parties discuss the same event through the appropriate channels. The roadmap can describe that intended experience while leaving actual fields, timing and status definitions to the confirmed service.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical future interaction, a sender would retain the permitted programme reference and explain the available status accurately to the recipient. If a question remained, it would be raised through the official route. The scene gives the proposed feature an understandable operating role without inventing its final interface.
