Show the dependency, not a countdown

The future arrangement would involve relevant partners, commercial terms and programme approvals. A roadmap image can communicate direction, but it should not be converted into a firm launch date without evidence. The customer-facing statement should reflect what has actually been confirmed at that point.

Explain what changes when access is real

Eligibility and supported routes can be confirmed only when the programme details are available. Until then, retain the coming-soon label and avoid presenting potential availability as a current entitlement.

Imagine this

Hypothetical worked scene

In a hypothetical partner briefing, a distributor would discuss the proposed Mastercard-related expansion as a roadmap. It would not promise customers a go-live date simply because negotiations are progressing. When the actual programme confirms scope and readiness, the distributor could update the explanation with evidence rather than enthusiasm alone.

Make it practical.
