Keep commercial geography distinct
A territory discussion concerns distribution responsibilities and commercial terms. A financial programme separately determines eligible customers, supported activities and routes. A signed or proposed distribution arrangement should not be described as automatic authorisation to provide every future financial service in that market.
Connect the plans through conditions
A distributor can prepare education, support and customer requirements while waiting for the confirmed programme. The roadmap remains partner-led, and neither local enthusiasm nor card-sales targets establish that Mastercard-related access is already live.
Hypothetical worked scene
In a hypothetical future market plan, a distributor would organise customer research and support preparation while the financial programme remains under development. It would not advertise live Mastercard-related transfers based solely on the territory discussion. The example keeps commercial preparation useful without turning it into an unsupported financial-service claim.
Make it practical.
